Autograph Books - where can I purchase them?

Hi - we are going to WDW in March. It will be our son's first trip there. They are 5 & 9. I have noticed many mentions of autograph books for the character's autographs. Is this something Disney sells or do people make their own? If Disney sells them - can they be purchased before we go so that we don't have to search for them? We are staying offsite and won't arrive until mid-afternoon. That night we are going to Chef Mickeys. I would hate to miss out on the autographs.

If you're flying, I've heard they are sold in the airport. If not, you could purchase one in the gift shop of the Contemporary when you go to Chef Mickey's.
