Autograph Books - where can I purchase them?

Hi - we are going to WDW in March. It will be our son's first trip there. They are 5 & 9. I have noticed many mentions of autograph books for the character's autographs. Is this something Disney sells or do people make their own? If Disney sells them - can they be purchased before we go so that we don't have to search for them? We are staying offsite and won't arrive until mid-afternoon. That night we are going to Chef Mickeys. I would hate to miss out on the autographs.

I don't know of any place offsite but you will be able to get them at one of the shops in the Contemporary before going to Chef Mickey's. The shops also sell fat Mickey's pens that are easier for the characters to use. I think the books are about $6 and the pen about $3. Have a fun trip.

There are Disney Stores in both malls in the Belz Outlet malls and also a Disney Store in the Premium Outlet Stores right before you get to Disney. Oh, and one at Pointe Orlando ... any of those should have them.

I know every gift shop in any Disney Resort or park has them as well.

You can also but the autograph books at the Disney Store at the airport. (If you are flying in of course )

They have them all over the place at DW...from what I remember. At least everywhere I went! LOL!

I made my own from index cards, Disney clip art, and then bound and laminated them...

Total cost for 2 less than $1

We bought ours at our hotel gift shop. I tried to have each of the characters sign on a fresh page. I took a picture of my boys with every character and then made reprints of the pictures on my computer and glued them in their books by the autograph. It looks really cool and my boys love having their very own picture book. Just a thought........btw-my boys were 5 & almost 8 on our trip just a month ago
