Ok...I drove two hours last night to the closest Disney Store in my state. It is a small one, and I was amazed to find that they do not carry autograph books.
I then went to WaldenBooks and they did not have them either.
Does everyone make their own? Where can I find these at?
I need four of them and each of them needs to be different.

Thanks!

26 DAYS TO GO!

I bought 2 for my grandchildren when we were on our way to have breakfast in the Animal Kingdom. I got them at the stand right before Donald's Breakfastasaurus - but they were both the same - blue. (I thought that would be a problem, but the kids just put their names in the front and were able to keep them straight.) I asked if they had different ones and the cast member told me that at Chester and Hester's they had several different kind - different colors, but I don't know if they would have 4 different colors.

Good Luck! They kids were thrilled with all of their autographs. It was a highlight of the trip.

I've always bought them at WDW, never seen them in the Disney Store. Like the previous poster said, I think all the ones at WDW are the same.

I bought some really cute ones on Ebay. Needed them for a Disneyland trip for my nephews. I put them in a little bag along with some Disney t-shirts I had gotten for them as a surprise. They loved it! ;)

They have a special "Golden" autograph book, it has fewer pages, but it is "fitted" to slide a picture on one side - so I bought that for all the "Princess" pictures, she then bought the small 'regular" blue book ($5 I believe) and had the other characters sign that book - - lots of pages in it!! Its our first purchase, we look around in the gift shop at the resort, look over possible souveniers, then head for the parks!!

I just buy them once we get to WDW, but bring stickers for the kids to personalize them.

Another option is to buy journals/diaries with unlined pages, which I see all the time in Wal-Mart, CVS, Staples and card stores.

My understanding is they CC don't like to sign anything but the official AB and thats why there is not alot of different ones.

There characters will sign any autograph book that I know of. They will also sign unworn clothing, though they cannot have non-Disney characters on them.

OP, if you want different books for each child and have a car in Florida, I would recommend stopping at an area Walgreens. They have several different designs of autograph books as well as the fat pens.

If you're driving or have a rental car, the Walmart in Orlando had a whole bunch of different ones there. Princesses, minnie, mickey and one with a bunch of characters. The walmart has a gift shop type section with all kinds of Disney stuff. T-shirts, magnets, books, bags, All reasonably priced. We found it by accident. On our last trip we were out driving to the grocery store I think we were trying for Albertson's but got lost. We ended up at superwalmart. The kids had a ball picking out Disney stuff and we we very happy buying groceries that didn't cost a bazillion dollars. This year we are doing magical express so, no car. I will miss going to walmart this year!! LOL! HTH. Chris.

we found a beautiful Disney princess Diary, that became an autograph book at walmart. It had a picture of cindy on the front, surrounded by a pink velvet material.... Cindy said she loved it when she signed during breakfast

DD thought it was great too :cheer2:

If you don't care about having different style books, they sell them EVERYWHERE at WDW--every gift shop, every souvenier stand, every resort property--EVERYWHERE. They also have a princess version autograph/photo book, so that it a bit different than the regular WDW blue book. The princess books are sold at ALMOST as many places as the others...

I got some at the dollar racks at Target - striped covers that I can add Disney stickers to. If you plan to add photos, make sure you get the non-acid paper like for scrapbooking.
