Autograph books for Fish Extender Gifts

Hello! First off, thanks to all you wonderful DISigners who do such an amazing job out of pure generosity! You are part of the Disney magic!!

I am looking for an autograph book cover and basic pages. I was thinking just a border around the page and maybe the ship in the bottom right corner so that it's not to specific. I am wanting to make these for the Fish Extender gift for the kids on our sailing.

We are sailing on the Magic on January 13, 2014. I'm not too picky about what the cover looks like, as long as it has the ship/sail date info for souvenir purposes. Maybe a nice background graphic?

I was thinking 4x6 for the size so I can print it on the card stock I have and get it bound.

I still have a lot of time so no rush on this one. Thanks in advance!!!

I locked up most of my photobucket due to "Etsy and Ebay" theft of DISigns,

Thanks so much!!! Do you think you could add our Sail Dates to the Magic Cover you have? January 13-17th, 2014. I can get all the other things I need from your photobucket! You rock, I will be sure to let everyone know where I got them!
