This idea costs a bit more, but it truly turns into a life-long keepsake for the kids. I made Disney mini-album/autograph books for each of them.
- Purchased mini scrapbooks (quite small, says Canson on the back. Coil rings) from Michaels (used the 40% off 1 item coupon that comes in the mail every week) Also get the mini album plastic sleeves (page protectors)
- Purchased Disney Themed stick-ons, also from Michaels. They are made out of fabric and are 3-D. Very cute. I got a Minnie Mouse as well as a Snow White but they have lots of choices. (these are pretty pricey, but in the past I've just cut out Disney Characters from Birthday cards etc, or used scrapbooking stickers)
- Glitter Mod Podge.
So, arrange and stick the decorations onto the front of each album. Mod Podge over using a sponge brush to seal everything in.
While at the park, try to use only one side of each 2-side spread for individual character autographs. This way you can scrapbook the corresponding photo of the child posing with that character on the other side of the two page spread. You can also add headings, captions or let your child do a diary of your trip on the pages with the autographs. (This is really neat to look back on later!!) My son drew a picture of the ET ride (Universal) while on the plane ride home from DL when he was 7 yrs old and I put that in there too! He's 15 now... so it is a bit of a time capsule in that respect

Once home you can put the photos in and decorate the pages with stickers etc. then slide the page protectors over so that the kids can look through the book often and share it with friends. They're very durable.... ours are nearly 10 years old and still in great shape.
Happy Autographing!
