I saw a picture of an autograph book recently that had a spot that you could put a picture of your child and the character on one side and have the autograph on the other. I would like to get my DD this for our trip in a week and a half. Is this type of book sold at Disney? Has anyone seen it recently? Thanks!

They sell them on grounds and at disneystore dot com. They also sell them on eBay. My girls love them. Signatures on one side picture on the other. It's the own personal memory book from the trip.

They sell them everywhere at WDW! We have a ton of them. DD is a character fanatic so we usually fill up 2 or 3 each trip. You can usually pick one up at the resort gift shop after you check in and before you head out to the park. If you don't get it there, then I know MK and DHS have carts by the entrances that sell them. AK has a shop outside the entrance where you can pick one up. I can't recall exactly where the first spot at EPCOT is, but rest assured you will easily find one in any shop there too.

I looked online and found the one linked below but it only has spots for 13 pics compared to 24 autographs. :/ is there anything out there that has a pic spot for EACH autograph or no?

That's similar to the one we bought on the Disney Dream, the characters typically signed next to the pic. Ours had Ariel on the cover. My daughter loves it, the pic slots are flimsy and had to be re-taped.

They sell that one in the parks and it is bigger sized than the standard ones. It isn't as easy to carry around in your purse.

These are the ones that are sold everywhere you go in the parks and at the resort shops and every page has the photosleeve on the left side, and the autograph page on the right. The only possible exception, is the pages across from the covers themselves. The inside front cover has a spot to put your child's name, and I can't recall whether there is an autograph page on the right side or not.

If you think you might be making multiple trips to WDW, and if you are as slow as we are about actually printing the photos and putting them in the books, you might want to be sure and write the date or year on the inside cover with your childs name. We had to go back and look at our photos to see the order we saw the characters to figure out which books were from which trip after DD's 2nd "autograph trip. :)

You can do this more economically by just purchasing the plain autograph book that they sell in every gift shop ($7.95) It just has plain pages in it, but if you have the character sign on only the right hand pages and skip the left hand pages, then when you get home you can adhere the appropriate picture to the left hand pages and your corresponding character signature will be on the right hand page! :thumbsup2

We purchased what looks like a notebook of index cards (Target, neon colors) and had the characters sign the unlined side. We made our own books using mini photo albums, and put the autograph with corresponding picture on the facing page. Kids had fun making it when we got home.
