Autograph book size question?

so I purchased a sketch book that I am going to decorate for our 5-year old to use next week for autographs in Disney. It is 3.5"x5" - is this size ok for the characters to sign?? I am going to rip out the pictures to put in his scrapbook so I don't care about putting pictures in the autograph book, but just want their signature.

Yes. That is about the size of the ones they sell.

Theirs the paper is 4.25 x 5.5.
