Autograph book question

I was thinking of downloading the autograph pics on walmart.com....they offer to print the pics in a luster finish. Is that OK for the characters to sign on? Or does it have to be matte?

Also, anyone ever order these character/autograph pics from walmart and have a problem? How did they turn out?
