Autograph book Question

I recently made my own book using 4x6 pages. After my trip I plan on making a scrapbook so I haven't put the pages in a binding. When getting the charatcers to sign the pages what can I use to write on. Would a small clipboard be too hard to hold??

A Clipboard would be fine. I just has a hard piece of card with a bulldog clip and they all signed fine. This time I cut the pages 1cm bigger on the left to bind them and then if I want to put them in an almun I will take apart and cut off the holes.
