Autograph book help

Could some one please point me in the direction of the autograph pages that have been designed and posted here? I keep reading about them, but I can't seem to find them. We leave in 5 days and I was hoping to use some of the pages to make DD an autograph book. I tried the search function but didn't find what I was looking for. TIA!
