I have read a lot of information about things to do at WDW and think my boys, 7 and 4 will love to meet the characters and get their autographs. So I thought I would make them some Autograph books. I love to scrapbook so I figure I can do this, right? In all of my searching I know I have seen some autograph book ideas and help but for the life of me I can't find it now.

Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

I am a scrapbooker too and the way I did our autograph book was to use index cards and have each character sign his/her own page. We saw the same characters many times and took pictures each time, but the kids only got one autograph. When I got home I took all the pictures of the kids with a specific character, cropped them down and mounted them with the character's autograph in a 7x7 Creative Memories Mickey Mouse album. Many times this took a 2 page spread especially for characters like Mickey- we saw him at Toontown, Chef Mickey's, Animal Kingdom and MGM all in different clothing! It is adorable and it is the right size for the kids to take with them to show off.

I bought a spiral bound 6x6 scrapbook and decorated the pages before we went. I had the character sign their page ( in the case of a character that had multiple costumes I had multiple pages ie safari mickey) then when I got back home I cropped the picture of my kids w/ the character and added a couple of more stickers to finish off the page. I used page protectors to cover each page and fit them over the covers too.

I bought a 6x6 expandable scrapbook for DD4 before our trip. I cut paper to 6x6 and decorated pages for charachters I was sure we would see with stickers. I actually got carried away and made about 50 pages with stickers or clip art I made into stickers....
I also made a matching page that I left blank and left at home. I took the pages witht the characters, a sharpie and a small (6x8 ) clipboard with me into the parks. DD had the character sign the paper and I took a photo. When we got home I printed out the photos and stuck them to the matching page..and viola instant book. She was able to take it to school the week we got back and show it at share time. And out of those 50 or so premade pages...I think there was a handful we didnt use! I even had some autographs from char I didnt plan for..like Jane Porter and Terk from Tarzan...so I had them sign on plain white paper and pasted them onto a page with clip art when we got home.
