Autograph Book Cover Help Please?!

Hello creative people!

I was wondering if anyone might be able to design some covers for our autograph books for DW. I would need them completed by Sept 7th so that I have time to have my books bound. I would also like the size to be 5x8.

I would love to have one with characters from Monsters Inc and/or Monster's University. My little guy is obsessed with Mike and my daughter loves Boo! I would like to have two:

Reid's Autograph Book 2013

and

Elaina's Autograph Book 2013.

I really appreciate your efforts. I do not have a creative bone in my body, so I appreciate your willingness to share your time and efforts!
