Autograph Book Cost

How much does the world charge for one of their official autograph books? I am wondering if I can save a couple bucks and purchase one from ebay before we leave so tink can leave it for my dd for her first morning wake up.

I believe the official autograph books (the "classic" ones) are $6.95 plus tax. They have autograph books that also include a section for pictures which are around $12.95 plus tax.

Ebay won't be cheaper than that. You're probably looking at paying $10.95 to $16.95 depending on the style you get, plus shipping.

I went to Michael's craft store and bought a blang Disney notebook out out ofhte dollar bins - $1 for a great autograph book

I bought autograph books for my girls on ebay, and they were way cheaper than 6.95!! Look around, you can find great deals on there. I bought (all from the same seller so I saved $$$ on S&H) MM bags, princess makeup bags, autograph books, photo albums, necklaceses, and maybe something else, and saves a lot from what I would have paid in The World.

You can find tons of "unofficial" autograph books to use for Disney, and that's probably the way to go -I can promise that the "official" ones from Disney World are not cheaper on Ebay (I used to sell them, lol!).

In the parks they're $6.95-ish.
We bought 'journals' for $1.99 each at the Christmas Tree Shops (don't know if you have these where you are...). DS got POTC theme cover, and DH got Ariel on the cover. They were hard-cover, so writing was easy for the characters.

I've heard stories (don't know if I believe them) that if you bring a character autograph book --- specifically a NON-DISNEY character autograph book -- that the characters have 'refused to sign it'. I hope that's not true.

Wow -that would be awful if they refused to sign it~~~ fortunately I have seen characters sign just about anything you hand to them....the other day Stitch looked through all my signatures after he signed it and made hand motions for each of the characters - he especially liked goofy - it was soooo funny!!!!!
