Autograph book..."cards"????

I'm new to the entire Disboards and becoming very, very addicted. I've decided to make 4 autograph books for our trip next month. I was just thinking of using plain cardstock 4x6 for the signatures. I see that some people have actual "character" cards. This may sound dumb (please be gentle...i'm a newbie to Disney too) but am I supposed to print the cards for every character x's 4 and then take them all with me and use only the ones I need? Or do you print out the ones that you know you will actually get to see while in Disney? Other than Chef Mickey and Hollywood n Vine (which we have reservations for both) how do I know what Characters we will see in the parks? I told you I'm new at this all..LOL

I'm even starting to get the itch to attempt making each child a personalized t-shirt with the mickey/minnie head and their names. Right now I just bought them shirts at the Disney store to put in their "surprise" bags but the mickey/minnie head shirts I'm loving...don't even know where to start with that.

Any tips/suggestions/info would be very much appreciated.

Welcome Romina! Start by reading posts #1 and #2 of the Autograph Book Thread (the link is in my signature). Post #1 contains step by step directions on how to assemble and make your own autograph books. It also has links to dozens of DISigners who make autograph card designs. Post #2 has a list of all of the characters who are currently appearing in the Parks and at character meals. I just updated it last week, so it is a current list.
