Auto Return Check In and DME

When I printed my boarding passes this morning, it asked if I would like to automatically be checked in for my return flight. I selected yes. Then it asked me how. My options were: kiosks at the airport, email or something else, I forgot. Unsure of what to do, I selected email, even though I won't have access to a computer/printer while in Disney. How will this affect check in through Magical Express? Did I just mess up something I should try to fix at the airport tomorrow morning? Anyone have any experience with this?
