Aunty's Beach House Timing Question

For the free experiences, do you have to show up exactly when they start and leave when they end or can you come and leave at any time during that period? Also, if you end up not attending one of the free sessions, is there a penalty for not cancelling? I know there is for the paid ones.

Asking mostly because I signed my daughter up for a free experience but then made her a hair braiding appointment that starts around the same time. That was all that was available. Either we'd have to show up late or cancel Aunty's unless a different hair appointment opens up.

They give 5 min I believe then they allow they stand by people to join. I cancelled a few free activities and I just called the number to let them know beforehand
