so i did the pre-registration for my granddaughter and choose three acivities for her. I did get the saying her registration was submitted but never got anything saying she got any of th free activities. It's been about 20 days. How long does it normally take for them to let he know if she got any?

20 Days seems too long. I tried pre-registering in December for a trip during Christmas week and got a reply email from Aunty's Beach House that they were fully committed that same day. I've seen others post that they got replies back within a few days of pre-registration. I would follow up with Aunty's Beach House about your pre-registration: ABH.Reservations@DisneyAulani.com or (808) 674-6943.

I had this happen to me as well. I finally emailed them again to see if they hadn't seen my registration and suddenly they replied that night with my bookings. So, I would email or call to check.

I sent them an email and they replied and said they had high volume and I would hear back within a week. Has anybody done registration after feb 6 and had a reply already?

My DD will be 15 for our Aulani trip this July. Do I need to preregister her at Aunties to do the teen activities?

You would register at the Pau Hana Room the morning of the activity (Aunty's Beach House is for ages 3-12). She may enjoy the Painted Sky Teen Spa for spa treatments such as hair, nails - there are no activities there to sign up for other than spa treatments but may be fun to try out. Enjoy your trip!

I registered my kids on January 29th and received a response on February 11, 2017 if that helps.

I registered my GD on Feb 6 and after two emails received s response on March 2nd. I'm just happy I finally got a response and she got some activities

I registered my kids on January 27 and didn't get my email until February 27. I called the next day to reschedule one that conflicted an excursion and they were happy to reschedule it for me and so nice!
