We are going to Aulani in January. My brother & his wife live in Ko'olina.....

Does anyone that has stayed there before know there rules about visitors? Will they be able to come to our room or hang out at the pool or beach?

Im just wondering if every area is monitored by wristbands or can we have visitors?

Using the pool requires having a wristband and that is monitored, so they will not be able to do that (unless you have enough room occupancy to add them to your reservation). All beaches in Hawaii are public, but beach chairs are reserved for guests. Unless it's packed, that shouldn't be an issue. They can certainly hang out with you in the room, dine with you, etc. We had local friends visit when we were there and were hoping to bring them to the Starlit Hui, but you have to have a wristband for that. Fortunately our room overlooked the lawn, so they and my DH watched from the balcony.
