Aulani Room Request

We arrive at Aulani in 7 days time and I have just completed online check in. How do I request a specific room? The only option on online check in was "ground floor".

You have to call MS (since emailing would take 3-5 days) and ask them to add the request to your reservation. You can't request it via the online check in.

I have always requested the room I want three times. When I make the reservation on the phone, about two months before we arrive it make sure they have my request and then once again a week before we arrive. We have been there three times and always get exactly what we want.
