Aulani online checkin problems?

Has anyone been able to checkin online for Aulani?
The DVC site says all but Villas at Grand Californian can do online checkin...
But when I click the link on the My Vacations page, it takes me to the checkin screen, but it will not go through....Aulani isn't a choice in the resort drop-down menu and it won't go past that screen without choosing the resort.

Am I missing something here?

Normally I wouldn't care one way or the other, but my in-laws are getting there first and I want them to be able to checkin very easily...

Answered my own question. Seems to be a glitch in the system...

I called the Aulani front desk just to make sure my in-laws names were correct on my reservation and that they'd be able to check in without me. The CM verified everything then emailed me a link to online checkin while we were on the phone. Everything worked perfectly from his link! So we're all set!

Will be there in about 26 hours!!! Woo hoo!

I was not able to do online check-in for our trip end of Dec...thought it was a glitch, I tried several times but nope!

I was able to do online check in for Aulani for our last trip - no problems. Very smooth at the resort as well.

I found on-line check in very easy but one thing to consider: You get an awesome greeting without having to deal with the front desk but not an opportunity to talk to the front desk about where your room is and possibly get a higher room if that is your hope. I would think about this especially if I had a garden room that might be next door to the restaurant or barely down the hall from the front desk or exit.

You can't check in on the regular site. You must go to Aulani website. From there it is simple. It took me three calls to figure this out.

I did it for our trip back in January... Worked fine.
