Aulani Non-DVC seasonal room discounts-is there a pattern?

This is probably not the right place to post this but I am hoping some of your DVC owners/renters might remember. Last fall there was a great promotion at Aulani and it also ran this spring. It was something like 5 nights=30% off or 4 nights=1 night free and free breakfast at Ulu Cafe (or something like that). What I am wondering is if this is going to be a pattern or perhaps already is. I am toying with booking a couple of days either early this August, late this August or, if the promo is on *maybe* considering mid December for longer. Any info is greatly appreciated...

The breakfast at Ulu Cafe was last year. This year, they offered a resort credit during certain times over the winter.
I doubt there would be much of a discount offered in August. That is still peak season for them. You may get something for December as long as your dates are no where near Christmas week.
