Aulani Merchandise

My parents are using my points for 4 nt pre- cruise Aulani stay in early December. What kind of unique merchandise is available there that I can ask them to pick up for me? Not clothes or toys. Something for the home probably. If anyone has photos, even better!

The have the Mickey Mouse Surfer lamp out of Koa wood and a throw. Can't think if anything else.

The lamp was just like the one in our studio. It was around $200.

I don't have a photo of the throw, it had the artist rendition of Aulani on it. The one that was used by the DVC on everything including the DVC Vacation planner. The throw was around $50.

There is a Micky w/ ukele throw that was available for $30 if you spent $50. It was a small shop so there were mainly clothing items and jewelry, trading pins and foods items. Part of the remodel is to expand the shop and build a second store. the Japanese women were big shoppers so the demand is there. shopping was so popular with Japanese that Aulani even had Minnie Mouse returning from shopping during the pool party. Lots of giggles there.

The lamp is cute but in was thinking more along the lines of the throw or a vase or towels. A print or Maybe an ornament. Hopefully, they can take some pictures and send them while there and I can pick a few things.

I bought a copy of the undersea print that was hanging in our bathroom. They also had some Dooney and Bourke bags unique to Aulani, but twice the price of those found stateside. For a lot less, I bought a menehune Vinylmation character.
Good to hear that they are planning to expand the shop.
