Okay so I am trying to get to Aulani in July next year. But I own at SSR...

What do people think? Will there by trouble to get a 1br or 2br? With only a 7 month booking window.

We got a one bedroom seven months out for December of this year. Obviously December and July are different times of year but I still wouldn't expect you to have trouble. From what I've seen so far everyone has had luck booking at 7 months out. I hope you have the same luck.

We easily got a two bedroom ocean view at 7 months arriving January 1st for 6 nights. We were really excited as we'd had to book the flights months before as we're using air miles from UK and had had to book another hotel which we could cancel as a back-up. We're renting a car from Budget at the airport for the whole stay.

The second week we're doing the NCL cruise of the other islands fom Honolulu. We're stopping off for a night in LA both ways to break the journey a little.

Does anyone know when Aulani will be making it's excursions available to book? I've already been able to book the restaurants.

I called MS a couple days ago and they said they are expecting the excursions to be available on the website no later than 2 weeks before the official open date. Hopefully that's true.
