Where can I find more information about the events at Aulani?
Specifically the shows and character meet and greets.

We will be in Hawaii for a week, but only at Aulani for 3 days so we want to schedule everything so we can fit in what we want to do.

We have our dinner reservations & character breakfast booked, but I'm having a hard time finding info on the activities and meet & greets. Any help would be appreciated.

I have a smart phone, and if I go to Aulani.com it opens the mobile version of the site. If you click activities it has the daily Iwa planner listed. Not sure how accurate it is compared to the paper version you get delivered the night before but its something:)

Not sure what I'm doing wrong but I can't find this on my phone.

We will be at Aulani in March also and haven't planned anything...guess I should get on that. Where did you make reservations for? When will you be there? We will be there Mar 15-23.

If you go to the Aulani website and look under activities, there is a tab called 'Iwa Vacation Daily Planner. Click on this and it will give you a sample weekly daily 'Iwa which is the activity planner that is put out each morning. To get specific activities for the days you will be visiting, you may need to call the concierge at Aulani.

are you planning on staying at the resort the entire 3 days? If so than you really can't miss the character greetings. it's not like WDW where you have to line up 30min early and you only get one shot.

A sample day would be
Mickey 10am, 11, 1:30, 4
Stitch 10:30, noon, 3 and 5
and so on

You can pick up the Iwa the night before. We would just pop out of the pool, head over for a quick photo and then maybe go back again later on when we were not in our bating suits. Most days they did either "Pool Party" or "Pool Games" again you would find this in the Iwa. If you are near the pool you will hear them before you see them.

I have no idea how far in advance they set these up as it probably depends on what CMs they have available which days.

A word of advice, take off your WDW planning hat and pretend you are already on Hawaiian time, if you are at the resort (ie, not touring the island) you will have lots of chances to see characters and participate in the activities. Just make sure you get the IWA the night before and go from there. Enjoy it is an amazing place.

We stayed a week at Aulani in September and the daily 'Iwa was not delivered we picked up a copy at various places around the resort. Here's a link to the sample 'Iwa. http://resorts.disney.go.com/aulani-hawaii-resort/activities-amenities/iwa-vacation-daily-planner/

Sorry but we didn't save our copies. The Shak-a-shaka Pool Party was not performed daily but maybe every other day and the Starlit Hui is only twice a week except for the we were there it wasn't performed at all. But it's back to twice a week, I think Tuesdays and Saturdays, but it can be moved if a wedding is scheduled since they use the same area. The lines for the character meet and greets were pretty long. A CM would have to stand at the end of the line to stop more guests from adding to the line. The Japanese guests loved the characters and they would chase after them to get autographs.
