Aulani Hawaiian Sailing Canoe Excursion

Has anyone done the $99 Hawaiian Sailing Canoe excursion that you can book at Makiki Joe's? If so, was it worth it?

Maybe nobody has ever returned from the sailing canoe excursion to report on it.

I wanted to do this excursion the last time I was in Aulani, but never got the chance. Seeing the YouTube video below made me determined to try it when I go back in January.

We thought about it, but when we compared paying $99 per person for this cruise to the $140 pp that we paid for our catamaran, snorkeling, lunch cruise out of Ko Olina marina, it just didn't make sense.
