Aulani Exclusive Items?

Does anyone know how often Aulani restocks their exclusive items such as Shellie May plushes and Aulani exclusive pins? I'm going to Aulani in May, and I really hope to be able to bring back a few exclusive items for my collection. I collect Disney pins, and a friend collects Duffy, so I'd like to bring her a Shellie May. Aulani is a once in a lifetime trip for me and my mom, for my medical school graduation. It's unlikely I'll be back in the next 5 or more years, so I will be highly disappointed if the things I hope to purchase as gifts and souvenirs are sold out. Any suggestions or advice? Thanks!

Not sure if anyone here is going to know their restocking schedule. You may want to call and request to talk to a CM in the gift shop. I am going in a few weeks. If you do not have an answer by then, I could check for you (as long as my memory serves me right).

Make sure you call the resort directly at 808 674-6200. Ask to be transferred to someone in KaLepa's Store...that is where the pins and Shelly are sold.

While I don't know Aulani's restocking schedule I will tell you to buy anything that you see when you see it because there is no guarantee that you will see it again. I bought several trading pins when I went in 2012 and I don't remember seeing the ones I bought in 2014 when I went back. As OP have suggested, call the resort directly(not the travel agent number they list) and ask them if they have what you are looking for. Although I know it's not the same, the ABC Store across the street also has souvenirs.

They should always have pins. They are exclusive but not limited. They have changed a few styles of pins since they opened. We were able to get about four different ones this summer. I wouldn't worry about Duffy merchandise. That store is the best selling Duffy store in the US. I asked a castmember about all the Duffy merchandise and she said the first month, they sold more Duffy than WDW in a year. Not sure if I believe, but was told it was a boatload. That's why half the store seems to be Duffy related. Many tourists from Japan come to Hawaii and they are in love with Duffy!! They also have exclusive purchase with a purchase. When we were there, we could get an exclusive Aulani picture frame for $14.99 I think. They also had a beach tote promotion.
