For one they usually get to pay more than people who wait to purchase! And I do mean that seriously.

AKVer's got their name on a tapestry and an african art piece for their home. BLTer's had their names places on the fountain at the resort. I don't think they received anything else. For VGC we received a framed print of VGC.

To be a founding member at VGC you had to make a purchase at DL prior to the sales of VGC and qualify to be a founding member. For AKV and BLT you had to purchase a certain number of points either within a certain time frame (AKV) or else to be in the first 1,000 or 2,000 (don't remember exactly) to purchase BLT.

Wow thanks for the info. Those perks don't seem worth it...maybe they'll carve our names into the coconuts at Aulani Or the fire dancers will spell out our names at the opening ceremony
