Aulani construction completion date?

Does anyone know when the estimated completion date is for all phases of Aulani? We were thinking of trying to go next Spring but I wouldn't want to go if there's still a lot of construction and the pools are all completed etc.

DVCnews.com has the actual dates but.....

Phase 1 opens up 8/29/11
Phase 2 opens up in December of 2011.
Phase 3 opens up sometime in 2013 I think.

The exterior construciton (pools, etc) will all be complete when Phase 1 opens up on 8/29/11.

The latest update from the Disney Parks blog (and echoed over at dvcnews.com) says the pools are filled and the water is running in the lazy rivers now. Check out the video and post here about the exterior structures being complete.....
