Anyone have experience with helicopter tours / companies on Oahu? We want to do one, but so many choices, want to make sure we choose a reputable one...
any help, or suggestions welcome. Maui and Big Island suggestions also welcomed... almost there... 5 days :) Aloha

sorry got too excited there for a minute. i liked the big island because we came up around bends and poof, the mountains, breathtaking. waterfalls, breathtaking! the volcano erupting, breathtaking! looked like untouched earth & Jurassic park & so exciting. i was so excited when we landed i wasn't paying attention, i fell out the helicopter when the pilot opened the door. silly me. :faint:

I too did a tour of the volcanoes on the Big Island with Blue Hawaiian. Had a 2 for 1 coupon and really enjoyed the view.

Sorry no knowledge or experience with helicopter companies on Oahu.

We used Blue Hawaiian. We did it on our second day on Oahu. We had a wonderful time and the views were amazing. It was a great way to get a feel for where everything was on the island.

We did a helicopter tour of Kauai and, after quite a bit of reading, I chose Blue Hawaiian. It was a few years ago and their cost was more than some others but it seems like you can't go wrong with them. They have aerial views of some hotels on the islands and on their website - I just checked their site for Oahu (http://www.bluehawaiian.com/oahu/tours/) to see if they had a view of Aulani but I didn't see it there.

A helicopter tour in Hawaii is quite an experience, enjoy!

After all the reviews and research we decided on Blue Hawaiian.
I spoke with several people there and decided to go for it... a tour on each island. Huge $$$ but this could be a once-in-a-lifetime trip.
We leave in less than 9 hours.... Aloha!!:cloud9:

I hope you have an awesome time!!! We were able to get a DVD of our trip. So recommend it! Have fun!!!:yay:

You will LOVE it!!! We went with Blue Hawaiian on both Kauai and the Big Island (Hawaii). Awesome experience!:thumbsup2:thumbsup2
