I know availability is subject to change. But is it generally realistic to think I may be able to get an ocean view one bedroom or studio at the 7 month mark for an October 2025 trip? Just have no idea what the demand is like there at that time of year.

I think you'll be fine. Those charts are very helpful in planning, but be ready to go at 7 months.

You might want to book early and walk the reservation, depending on what week in October you are looking for and how flexible you are with view and room type.

My booking date is next week for January 2025, and I wasn’t worried based on those charts above, but as my date has approached more and more rooms were showing as unavailable. Booked a reservation this morning to walk for a few days, since we need a specific room type due to available points and travel party. It’s annoying, and I hate doing it, but I wasn’t feeling confident that my room would be available by next week.
