Aulani and VGC Greyed out at 7 Months

I'm trying to modify a Spring Break reservation at the 7 month window and both Aulani and Grand Cal are greyed out so I can't select the resorts. What gives? Every other resort is available.

These are direct points too, so they shouldn't be affected by that glitch right?

I ended up having to completely cancel the reservation at my home resort and book from new. Strange.

I guess I missed that. I knew about the borrowing issue and resale contracts.

During my orientation call, the CM told me modifying an existing reservation to change resorts is specific to the WDW resorts.

I would get that if Vero and HH were greyed out too. It seems inconsistent.

You can’t modify to Aulani and VGC unless your orginal reservation is there. Not sure why… but that’s the way it is.
