August weather

We've been to Disney in April and in November. I know weather not be guaranteed, but we loved April weather and not so much November. November was much to cool for swimming and it rained quite a bit. We only had 1 passing storm when we went in April. Now I'm thinking of trying August. Anyone have any weather knowledge/experiences they can share regarding Disney in August?

Hot, humid and afternoon showers are pretty common.

We always go the last two weeks of August.
It's always hot and rainy.

August weather tends to get very hot. Upper 90's especially between 12-3. I would recommend shorts and lots of sunscreen.
