Hey all. My dh just surprised me yesterday with a last minute trip to Disney (just him and me no kids). We will be there 2 weeks from today. We are staying at Pop Century the night we get in (Aug 5), and then are heading over to the Poly for the 6-9. Do I need to get PS's for those 3 nites (6 - 8). I haven't been there in August so I am not sure how crowded it is going to be. Any advice would be great. We will def. be going to Ohana's (our favorite), and maybe Boma's. Since it is a last minute and a very short trip I am trying to be flexible, and not be tied down. The only thing I have booked is the the 7 hour tour of the three parks, and then E-ticket night that nite.

Any suggestions????

Thanks,

Merryl (very very very very very very happy wife) :)

Wow- what an awesome surprise.

If there are place in particular that you want to eat at I would go ahead and make PSs. Early August is a busy time and the wait at some restaurants can be quite long. Since you will not have children with you, waiting wouldn't be as difficult.

Have a great time

:D

I would make the priority seatings for Ohana and Boma if you know thats where you would like to go- you can choose not to use the priority seatings but better to have them just in case!

I would highly recommend ps's for either Boma or Ohana, since the are very popular places and the wait can be long.

Don't forget the umbrellas...
I actually don't mind Disney in the rain...
It cools it off, washes away the dirt and emptys the park a little...

We will be checking in August also, I called and made my ps two nights ago. We didn't have any problems getting any of the ps we asked for. And we are a group of 7. We did try for Cinderella's Royal Table with a good laugh with the CM. She suggested the castle for lunch so we added that to our list since we have never eaten in the Castle. Also like dbail2 said Don't forget the rain gear! Last year we were hit with downpours that lasted hours. Everyone of our photos we are all drenched!:sunny:
