I am so the opposite of you, Jen. I feel like I'm gonna have to go to every two weeks, because I see a gain of like, half a pound and I just give up, lol. But maybe I should try it your way and see how I do...I might be more successful than I think!
I have been able to get 20 minutes in so far today, I just need to get another 10-I missed yesterdays' minutes for working out, so instead of 25 minutes a day, it's now a full 30

But I only have another 10 to do, and I'm thinking a little run with my new playlist will cover that
