Hi everyone,

Time for one of my favourite questions!

CM's say you should ride Big Thunder Mountain around noon. Why?

a) Generally there are shorter lines
b) There are no FP's set for noon so the standby line moves faster
c) Employees speed up the cars at mid-day
d) Grease on the tracks is thinner and you go faster

Hello everyone,

The correct answer is d) Grease on the tracks is thinner and you go faster

Now, apparently this answer is common sense if you all think about it - it's hottest at midday, therefore the grease is thinner, etc etc....


Now maybe I have no common sense (no rude posts thank you!) but this just never occurred to me the first time I heard of this...
