O.K., I don't feel like I'm losing my mind! I just finished reading our clubhouse, and commented on Tinkerbell being our guide (it seems appropriate, we're never growing up!), then I came on here, and saw this thread! So, add us to the Tink list!

Mine has tinkerbell also with the phone number. Our guide is Bobby Corsello. I haven't spoken with him since we purchased 150 points for Saratoga back when they were first released. We already owned at BCV. I hope he is still around as I was going to drop by in October to see him. Can't afford to purchase anymore points but would be nice to stop in and say HI!

Ours has the name of our Guide " Michelle MacAllister " We visited with her @ the SSR sales office a couple of weeks ago ( It was nice to finally meet someone who you were speaking to over the phone for so long ( we bought SSR site unseen).

She didn`t mention to us that she was leaving, but she did say that some of the salespeople were going back to Celebration. I don`t know if that means anything

I just read my Clubhouse too and was surprised to see Tinkerbell instead of Celeste Chaffaut . . . I knew when I checked in here I would see that someone else had read their's too.
I hope Celeste is still with DVC we spoke with her almost 11 years ago and called her last year to finally purchase. I wish we did it long ago. I dialed the number that was listed for Tinkerbell and there was no answer. Strange.

Hi All!

Add one more for Tinkerbell.

What really got me was that it should be Bobby Corsello. The other thing that got me was the new "From" address. It looked like someone had broken into DVC's database and harvested all of our email addresses and Use Years.

With that in mind, I called the phone # on the Member Update (under Tink's name) and spoke with Robb Erickson, one of the Guides. He informed me that they just started with a new email distribution vendor (CheetahMail - chtah.com) and that there might be some growing pains as they get all the kinks out of the new vendor.

So sorry to all of you looking forward to talking to Tink the next time you get home...

I think you can sign up on the member website, JudyS. If you don't have your login info for the website, call Member Services.

Anybody else not get the newsletter at all? I always get mine the same time as everyone else, but haven't gotten this one, yet...

Sorry, I'm new--is the Member Clubhouse an email newsletter or is it a publication that arrives snail mail? Is there anything that we get on a regular basis that comes through the mail? I still like sitting at the kitchen table with tea in hand flipping through a magazine.

I got a new Clubhouse today, they fixed the problem. Tink is gone and Randy is back as my guide.
