August itineraries - would anyone care to share?

When I checked my days on the UG online, it recommended MK on Sat. 6th. I thought that was odd, but I guess we will try it. Said to avoid MK on Sunday. Also has Saturday rated at an 8. Sunday is also an 8, but the rest of the week is a 7. Hoping for a slight decrease in crowds. We are probably not going to do too many early entry days. Too hard to get my kids up. We will do some of the late evenings. My kids are night owls in the summer.

I can't find the page that lists the attendance levels can someone link me please. TIA

We are going earlier in August and since I only made our ressies last week I'm scrambling to figure out where to go so I can make some PSs! Are the hours more likely to be like the July hours that early in the month? I'm hoping for summer hours to still be in effect. I'll be sad if the park starts closing at 8 by then!

My Aug Itinerary -
Arrive 8/24 - check in
Spend 8/24 - 8/30 going to Parks, water parks & PI
8/30 Go Home

No definate plans for this trip - this is a lounging, go where & when we feel like it sort of trip...... Heavy Focus on Swimming, Water Parks & Adventurer's Club.

We are also going from the 21st to the 28th and we never make any real plans. We do do early morning because I am always up. My husband loves later evenings so he and the boys will probably do that one night.

I just can't wait.

Aug. 21, Sun. - arrive at 3pm, MGM, see Fantasmic (no dinner pkg.) and stay for EMH nite.

Aug. 22, Mon. - MK, Spectro may be running (based on last years hours), dinner at Tony's Town Square

Aug. 23, Tues. - Epcot, lunch at Coral Reef. then AK for EMH nite.

Aug. 24, Wed. - MK, Kona Cafe for dinner, then back the MK for EMH nite.

Aug. 25, Thur. - resort day, Jiko for dinner, storytelling at fire pit

Aug. 26, Fri. - DisneyQuest or Typhoon Lagoon, bus to Beach Club for Cape May buffett.

Aug. 27, Sat. - Epcot, Chefs de France for dinner.

Aug. 28, Sun. - Sunrise Safari, AK then MGM for EMH nite.

Aug. 29, Mon. - check out, then to MK, town car pick up at 4:30pm

ARE YOU STILL AWAKE! LOL!

We are trying to stay in the parks and relax more, rather than run from park to park. DH hates when we do that. And because of the heat, we are planning more evening EMH's rather than the morning ones to escape some of the sun.

AUG 5 Arrive 10:35 p.m. try to get to AKL and asleep by 12:00 a.m.

AUG 6 AK with Breakfastasaurus at 8:05 a.m.
Family stays in AK till done with it while I am at conference till 6:00p.m.
Boma for dinner at 7:40 p.m.
Go to DTD for the evening or explore the AKL resort?

AUG 7 CRT 8:20 a.m.
Do left half of MK till around 3:30
Pecos Bill for early lunch
Mama Melrose at 4:20 with Fantasmic package
Stay late at MGM EMH

AUG 8 SLEEP IN!!
Blizzard Beach 9:00 till 2:00
MGM Sci-Fi for dinner
MGM till closing

AUG 9 Right half of MK in the morning
Liberty Tree for Lunch
Typhoon Lagoon late afternoon

AUG 10 Epcot in the morning
Garden Grill for early Lunch
Hoop Dee Doo at 5:00
MK for EMH the rest of the night

AUG 11 Sleep in
Resort pool or Disney Quest in the morning/afternoon
Epcot in the evening for EMH
Teppanyaki for dinner at 7:30 p.m.
Dont forget Illuminations!

Theoretically, we should have hit all the parks and pools/water parks by now....so...

AUG 12 Whatever the kids want or we skipped/missed
PS for 5:30 p.m. at Chef Mickey's ( monorail from MK or Epcot if there )

AUG 13 Whatever the kids want
Flight leaves at 6:45 P.m. So catch the Magic Epress by 4:30 p.m.??

We are there july24-aug third. WE won't do early entry maybe late hours.We don't worry to much about crowd levels . We get there when the parks open and hustle in the am and coast after that till we leave around 1or 2. Then come back around 5-6 when must are eating and try to ride again and see night shows . just have a plan you'll do fine.

We will be there Aug 6-12 and we will basically be doing the same thing!!!!

Aug 16 - Kona, MK, Liberty Tree, AK
Aug 17 - MGM, SciFi, MK
Aug 18 - Crystal Palace, MK, Whisp Cany dinner
Aug 19 - Donald's, AK, Trails End
Aug 20 - EpCot, San Angel
Aug 21 - switch over to BCV

Well, I've nailed down my dates. We're leaving a day later than I thought-- but we're staying 2 nights more than we planned, so I'll take it. We're going August 12th-20th.

I should begin looking to make a bit more structured plan so I can make a few PS's. I just haven't had the "umph" to do so yet. I'll probably wait until I see the intial park hours.

We are going Aug 21st - 28th. I am trying to finish my itinerary, but I keep coming up with more things I want to do I do know on the 21st after we check in we are headed to MK for dinner at CRT. We are on the dining plan so we are trying to eat at some nice places! woohoo. We also want to do the Segway tour. I was originally thinking our last full day, Saturday the 27th, but I am worried that if gets rained out or something then we wont have any other days to do it. DBF loves Segways...I think its one of the reasons he agreed to go back to Disney so soon That and we got a great deal and I won't stop talking about Disney...
