August Exercise Challenge

Please add me for 1000 mins for Aug - thank you

(We'll be in the world 8/12-26 so my time will be counted before/after that)
 
I'm in for another 900 minutes for August. It's been nice being accountable now if my gym would quit having swim meets and canceling classes for the next month... :)
 
Keep the challenges coming. Count me in for 1600!
 
This is exactly what I needed! Please sign me up for 1800 -- up and running in the morning an hour before anything else needs to happen.

Thanks for running this challenge. I have been AWOL on the WISH, and the scale shows it.

Starting small: 500 minutes this month for me.
 
Im going to go for 700 minutes for August

Count me in. Didn't make the July goal I had set b/c of an icky illness early in the month, but I'll try harder this month.

Sign me up for 1200 minutes. It's about more than just the weight. I have eleveated blood sugar levels, a history of gestational diabetes and a family history of type II. It's time for me to get serious.

Now, do I then post each day with the number of minutes of exercise that I have done for that day?? Please forgive an ignorant new comer... :confused3

Hi! Include me in again! I think since I am on vacation one week this month, I will do 800 minutes this time. I will of course shoot for over my goal!

The great thing about the challenge is it is flexible. It is more of a way for people to stay motivated and feel accountable, as well as receive support from fellow WISHers, than anything else. That means that you can do this however is most convenient for you. If you feel like you would like to post your total for each day you may. If you only want to update weekly, that's okay too. Or you may just want to post when you reach a certain amount. Basically you can post your min. as often or as little as you like as long as I have your completed total for the month by the end of August! Good luck!
