Adding 120 minutes more this week. Gym and walking, added some running on treadmill. That is still scary to me, but I am doing tiny doses to get comfortable.
Adding 31 mins on the treadmill and 3 mins doing chinup prep. Did some "mini chinups" starting from the flex arm hang position - by mini I mean like one inch, but hey!

I don't know if you're referring to the running part or the treadmill part, but either way, hang in there! They both get better. Especially just running in general. You're doing great!
Got in a couple good run/walk intervals around the lake this week.
I was all proud of myself for doing an extra loop when I didn't feel like it. Then on my way home I passed an older gentleman out walking in the neighborhood who I'd just seen at the lake. I slowed down and asked if he walked the lake (picking up trash) every day. YEP - except when he's golfing, he does 8 miles each day - to the lake, around the lake, and back home. WOW...that was inspiring!
