I'm BACK!!! Finally!!

Trip was good, bad & ugly all at once....details in my journal!

As usual, commit to as many or as few minutes as you wish for the month, then come back here periodically to update your progress....ie. post "I'm at 346/750 minutes so far" then I will be on to update the list in the first post.

Glad you're back and thanks again for taking on the task of running this thread :) I'll shoot for 1500 minutes again this month.
 

I missed my number by just a bit last month, so I am recommitting to that number again this month.... but it will be tough with two vacations thrown in. But I need to stay motivated, since I have bounced around the same 2-3 pounds almost all summer! I am in for 1450 again. I will check my journal for the last few days and post what I have done.....................P

8/1 45 minutes - Walk Away the Pounds with ankle weights

8/2 30 minutes - Treadmill

8/3 71 minutes - WATP and free weights

8/4 80 minutes - bike ride and free weights

8/5 70 minutes - treadmill and free weights

That brings me to 296/1450.......................P
 
I did 50 minutes of circuit training and 18 minutes of WATP Power mile. That brings me to....

Welcome back, Julie! Thanks for resuming your hosting duties. I don't know how you manage it. I can barely get here to post my minutes! :earseek:

My goal for this month will be 1800 minutes.
As of this AM, I am at 560/1800 so far this month.

I am headed out shortly to play a round of golf. In this heat I'll sweat off a few pounds if nothing else! :scared1:
