October...mainly because we enjoy MNSSHP and F&W. We we're there 2 years ago end of October and the weather and crowds were both good. Not too hot and not too crowded...however, we were there during Hurricane Sandy (we got stuck there 5 extra days) and that may have affected crowds.
November..We use to go week after Thanksgiving for many years and enjoyed it. Again weather wasn't too hot and we got to enjoy the Christmas decorations and celebrations. However, I am finding out that the week before Thanksgiving tends to have very low crowds. I'm just not sure if there are any Christmas decorations out at that time.
We went once in Feb. prior to Presidents week and the crowds were low but it was too cold for us.
Early December: low crowds, get to see the xmas decorations, great weather (the pools are heated sufficiently for us).
(FWIW, my birthday is in August and we go every year for it! It seems that there are so many attractions (and dining) in AC, so the heat and humidity don't bother us much. Only MK gets bad because there is alot more outdoor walking. And, end of August is one of the cheapest, lower crowd times to be onsite at WDW.)
