August Availability?

Hi guys,

I wish the website was operational right now but they are doing upgrades. Anyway, does anyone know if there are still availability at the resorts for the end of August? I'm wondering specifically about the Deluxe Resorts. Just wondering if anyone knows anyone that has booked recently.

There probably is. I booked for 8/6-8/10 about a month ago and there was availability at most, if not all, of the deluxes. If you don't find what you want through Disney, check Orbitz and other travel sites. They have a different inventory than Disney does.

We just booked a Florida Resident RO discount a few days ago for AKL for Aug 17-21. I am eligible for General, AP & Florida Resident discounts and the availability of category varied for each different kind of discount for the dates we were interested in. I only checked AKL since that is the resort that we were interested in.

And as pp mentioned, if you haven't already done so, check Orbitz. I checked it before booking our reservation and there seemed to be plenty of availability for our dates, but it turned out that our FL Res discount on the Disney website still beat the Orbitz price even with their additional discount.
