August 9 day split stay

We are going to BLT for 5 days and BWV for 4 days in August.

On the restaurant list will be Steakhouse 71 for dinner and Ohana for a character breakfast while we are at BLT

On our transfer day I was thinking of leaving BLT and going to a character breakfast at Hollywood and Vine and spending the day at Hollywood Studios and then heading to BWV after 4.

Once at BWV dinner one of the nights at Flying Fish.

Is there any chance that by August Trattoria Al Forno will have character breakfasts again or are those over?

We usually eat one table service or character meal at the parks. We will be doing 6 park days, so I need 5 suggestions for lunch at MK (twice), Epcot (twice) and AK (once)

We limit the character meals to only 3 for the week so if I can do one at BWV we will not need any others.

Here are my thoughts but would appreciate any suggestions/recommendations:

Plaza Restaurant
Liberty Tree Tavern

AK
Yak and Yeti

Epcot
Coral Reef or Garden Grill if we need a 3rd character meal.
Biergarten

These would all be later afternoon between 1:30 and 2

I don't have any insight about Trattoria Al Forno.

LTT is our go to for TS at MK. I haven't tried The Plaza, but I'd give it a go.

Y&Y is a solid choice in AK. We usually eat there or Tiffins.

At EP, I'd recommend Le Cellier. I've never eaten at Biergarten, and we crossed Coral Reef off our our list long ago (poor food and long waits for tables). We've only done GG for breakfast. Honestly I think there are decent QS choices in EP, so we usually don't do TS there.
