August 31, 2015 Dream

Hi everyone:wave2:
I just booked this cruise today!:yay: It will be me, dh, dd15 and dd9. This will be our first time on the Dream. We did the Fantasy twice and the Magic once. I can't wait to see the Dream:goodvibes

My first name is Robin. :)

My wife son and I have booked this cruise and it will be our second. We are really excited. On our last cruise we overhead a fellow passenger talking about the fish extender program and thought it seemed really cool. As newbies to this program we are wondering how you register and how it works.

Whoo Hoo for travelling with family! :cool1: I am trying to get my sister on board, but the outlook isn't so good! :confused3

Hi, :wave2:I am new to the DCL, but I am super excited:woohoo:!! Sailing on this cruise will be me (Liza), my husband (Rey), and Justin who will be 7 by the time of the cruise! He is so excited to have his first family vacation:banana:!! I can't wait to see his face! I heard wonderful things about the FE program and would love to join! How do I join!? Thank you in advance!!

Unfortunately, posts have been removed from a number of Cruise Meets threads including this one.

PLEASE review the Cruise Meet Policy regarding Cruise Meet and Fish Extender programs. - http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=3353477

Links to Cruise Meet discussion/Fish Extenders other than those on the DIS may not be posted or offered by any other means (PM, email, "search" directions).

Cruise Meet threads are doing just fine still managing meet and FE discussions right here on the DIS as they have since FE began (also here on the DIS).

FE organizers generally need to know how many people (adults/children) are participating in each cabin with child ages for age appropriate gift giving. Other information you would like to share such as names, allergies, favorite characters, etc. is up to you. Other personal information is not really necessary. Those organizing FEs typically ask for the information to be posted in the meet thread or sent to them via PM. If no one comes forward to organize a FE for this cruise, perhaps someone can start that right in this thread.

Enjoy!

Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

This will be our first Disney cruise and we are SO excited!! I just heard about the Fish Extenders but I'm kind of unclear about how it works. Is this how/where we sign up? How will we know how many adults/kids are participating. Sorry for so many questions! There are 7 in our group. My husband (Jon) and I (Deanna), my parents (Paul & Vickie), our daughter Kate will be 9, then our sons, Gabe will be 7 and Grant will be 3. We can't wait for our cruise date to get here!!!

Booked our first cruise, which of course is a Disney Cruise. We, Myself the mom and my son (10), will be joining our friends on the cruise. Looking forward to meeting all kinds of wonderful people.

We are in!!! DH and I along with DD6 and DD3. So excited even if it feels like such a looooong way away. If we haven't started an FE list yet I can keep tabs!
Please add us to the fish extenders list. this is our first time doing this but our 2nd cruise. BP, AP, AP (8) HP (4)

For those posting in this Cruise Meet thread to join a FE, since no one has come forward recently to organize a FE for this cruise here on the DIS, please feel free to start the FE right in this thread.

There is certainly plenty of time to plan a FE for this cruise. All it takes is for someone to maintain a list of/for those participating which can easily be done in this thread. Cruise Meet threads have been doing it this way for years now here on the DIS.

Just booked this cruise today ..... we are doing a back to back cruise ..... a total of 7 days on the Dream .... this will be our 5th cruise .... all on the dream ..... feels like home to us ...... We would LOVE to participate in the FE group ..... Can't wait to set sail with all of you

Hi All: Me and my two kids (daughter, age 8, and son, age 5) will be staying on deck 11. Looking forward to meeting you folks. It's our first cruise ever.

Seriously thinking about this cruise. We have sailed on the Fantasy for Christmas 2014. While on board we booked another Fantasy trip. Now this summer we are spending a week at Vero Beach and really think that a cruise would be the perfect way to end our vacation!

I agree that a short cruise is the best way to end a vacation! I am doing the same thing ;) . Visit family, go to Orlando outside of Disney, visit family, RCL cruise with family, week at Disney and then this cruise to cap it off! It seems (and is for us) a lot but I only vacation every few years or so... I figure next time to the USA will be in another 6 years so I am looking to live it up this time :D Can't wait!
