Hi Steve....welcome to you and your family.

Just filled out my online cruise documents.....almost completely forgot about that.

Sitting here half watching the Mets/Phillies game and making my door signs. Later on I'll be putting together my FE gifts.

Anyone here a fan of the Hunger Games book trilogy? The final book get released while we're on our cruise. I've haven't been this excited about a book release since the final Harry Potter book.

Same here.....leaving on Aug 18th for WDW. I'm just reading up on my Passporter Guide to WDW to plan what we're going to do.

We are a family of five planning on going to the atlantis during our nassau day. I checked the comfort Inn a while back and can't remember if we didn't go with them because they had no availability on that date or if because we would need 2 rooms and it ended up not being that much a savings because then we needed to provide transportation and food (DCL excursion includes lunch voucher).

Have you checked/confirmed availability for that date @ the hotel? And did you price out cost of transportation to there from Nassau. Would consider this option again if I can get all my ducks in a row so to speak with your input!

Looking forward to meeting you. Hopefully you read there is a meet on Sun @ 3 in the Promonade Lounge.

We are getting pumped!!! We are driving down from Michigan Next Thursday evening, driving through the night. We are staying at the Courtyard in Cocoa Beach for two nights pryor to the cruise. Two days on the beach, then off we sail!!!!

The cruise is so close we are all but there. We will be attending the meet and greet at the promenade lounge. So the cast is me-Julie lunch lady, DH-Mike maintance engineer this will be our 2nd cruise, DD-14 looking forward to the teen club and DS-11 looking forward to the food, their first cruise. We are not doing WDW at all this vacation but we will be going to Sea World and having some much needed down time. Can't wait to meet some other Disers.

Flying down Wednesday. Its going to be odd not going to the Disney parks this time; going to Universal for the first time for a couple of days, mostly to check out Harry Potter. (We will get a Boma dinner in, though)

Guess we better start packing this weekend!

This time next week we will be there! Normaly we would plan a WDW stay too but this was a last minute Cruise for us so to everyone going down there before or after HAVE A GREAT TIME

Safe travels for those of us who have already left for the first leg of their journey.

For the rest of us......yes, the excitment is building I finished my FE gifts and just printed my last door sign. Did my online documents. Ordered a car to take us from WDW to Port Canaveral.

I'm envious of those who are hitting up Universal and visiting the Harry Potter park. We are HUGE Harry Potter fans. Can't wait until November when the next movie comes out.

Its been so humid here in New Jersey all summer it feels like I'm already in Florida.

So looking forward to meeting all of you!!!!

I just re-read the last Book ~ The Deathly Hollows with my oldest DS (he is 10) we wanted to finish before we went to Universal. It was funny he was gasping at parts and cracking up at others. It was fun to see him enjoy the book so much. We can't wait for the movies but I have a rule No Movie until you read the book. And we always agree we love the movies but the book is always better.
