When should the August 2019 calendar be released?

It is very likely that they will not release the entire month, but rather more or less, week by week, and expect each week to be released pretty close to 180 days out, so this will start happening around the end of January, or the beginning of February.

Even then the hours might only be tentative...they can always open the park earlier or have the park stay open later

Disney publishes park hours on their website on a rolling 180 day basis. Meaning, you can see park hours today through 7/16 (180 days from today). Tomorrow you’ll be able to see 7/17, etc, etc.

Other planning sites such as Touring Plans and Kenny the Pirate publish park calendars that go further out, presumably from various sources / educated guesses.

Of course, those hours are often subject to change later on.

When should the August 2019 calendar be released?

Next month. We arrive Aug 4 and my ADR date is Feb 5.

Expect the the first week of August to be available the first week of February.
