Our Magic Bands are here!! 25 more days!!!

49 days to go and I just changed my resort! I've actually made a switch at just 3 weeks out, so 49 days isn't really bad. We were booked at Pop, but I found I could get ASMusic for a bit less, and that difference is a meal out somewhere, so I decided to opt for the less exp. resort. I've stayed Music before and really like it; as the Values go, I find it has the most potential for a less hectic environment (the seating area around the fountain between the Jazz bldgs. is a little reminiscent of POFQ!). And I think DH will really enjoy all the music memorabilia, as he's really into that sort of thing.

So, I'm happy with the choice and will continue to count down the days!!

Hello Aug 2015 group! DH and I will be staying at POP Aug 27- September 3, celebrating my 30th birthday- woo hoo!! 47 days until I'm home.

Yay! Our Magic Bands just came too, 26 more days for us!

We are at All Star Music this year as well, my mom and sister are with us so we have two rooms and this was much less expensive option than 2 at Pop or even a suite at ASM. We've stayed there before as well and like it. Your trip will be here before you know it!

Update...still no job for DW, but we still haven't completely given up yet. I am arguing strongly to keep the vacation since between extra hours at my job and her unemployment we can still meet our obligations. Pixie dust needed, please.

My husband, son and I are counting it down...32 days to go!!! We are staying at the Wilderness Lodge for the 1st time and I am beyond ecstatic! 7 days in the parks and then a 4 day Disney Cruise...it just can not get here fast enough!!!

Here's hoping for you..... I can relate; we're not in an UNemployment situation, but I was down quite a few hours in May and June and that put a big hurt on the monthly budget. We can still do our trip, but it's going to be tight for a while. However, we are also in BAD need of a get-away that's just for and about us, so it's important and a priority that we go if at all possible!

Here's to making dreams come true!

We are going....finally convinced DW that we NEED this trip. It has been a tough year and we need a vacation. We are not telling DS and DD yet, but we are starting the packing this weekend. Thanks for the pixie dust and well-wishes. Two weeks and we are on our way......

We'll be at the Poly August 8th!!!!! I'm turning 40 in November. So staying at the Poly is my birthday present to myself This whole trip is an early birthday present to myself. Hee Hee!!! Happy 40th to you!!!!!

I'm way more excited than my kids!!!!! My kids don't get excited until we get on the plane. I want to dance around the house every morning when I change the number on our countdown calendar. 25 days!!!!!!!!

I am always ready to talk Disney. While my DD's love Disney and keep telling me that they definitely want to keep going and will never get too old for Disney, it is still me who does the planning and the talking months in advance . We are 34 days away ... probably in a few weeks they will join me in my excitement!
