August 2015!!!

God willing, we have a second trip planned (not booked yet because it can only happen IF I get some money - long story) - we were supposed to go on August 9th last year and it got cancelled (I wanted to be there for the 15th because that's a difficult day for me and I wanted to replace the bad memories with the good). Despite promises, we never went ... IF things go well, we'll go then (around the same two weeks if I have my way)

In the meantime i have my holiday in June to look forward to! 40 days and 14 hours apparently! Something tell you I'm excited? I so want to stay on site so maybe I'll manage it the second time.

Yup, I'm doing the dance...I forgot about counting park and fly (again). We have so much fun last minute shopping in Buffalo the day before our flight.

89 days, and . .. . . I have been DYING to share this somewhere since last night, but don't want the DW to know, so this seems like the logical place . . .. .

In 2008, we stayed at Wilderness Lodge. It was a wonderful room, but on the expensive side for us. Every year since, we have stayed at POR, and love the resort. When we booked this year, cash was a bit tight, and we ended up booking at All Star Music. None of us were really thrilled about the smaller beds, or about NOT being a POR.

Last night, I switched us from ASM to POR Garden View. I am super excited, BUT . .. . I'm not telling DW or DS until I pull into the resort, and she informs me that I messed up on the GPS and went to the wrong resort

My wife and I are using the 25% off deal at CSR. In looking at the flights down, though, it's currently $188 more to go during the day on the 19th than at night on the 18th. While I'm waiting for a fare sale, we both said screw it and extended the stay so we can be at WDW the night before. The hotel, after taxes, is $145/night or so, so we're saving $40+ AND waking up in Disney on the 19th!
