Does anyone know if VH flydrive are out yet for August 2010? I looked on the website and can get a quote for packages however not for fly drives.

I think they are but that you have to phone for a quote - not yet on website. From what I have seen on another forum, prices seem to very high.

They should be - we booked ours for October 2010 back in August of last year.

I had a look at the packages and they do seem high however that is always the case for me as I am 1 adult and 1 child and they charge adult prices for DD which they don't do on fly drives. Any idea of what it would be for 1 adult and 1 child? I hope its not more than £1500.

In the past I have found it cheaper to book the flight and car seperately. We flew to LA last August and I saved hundreds of pounds by booking the Virgin flight and the car seperately but also through the Virgin website. So it was exactly the same car and flight as the fly drive but significantly cheaper. Not sure if that is always the case but it is worth checking.:thumbsup2

I never take the car as I can't drive. I just take the free car option so I can book with VH.

we have booked a package for next August at an excellent price and they offered free transfers to the hotel fron the airport would this be of benefit for you if you dont drive, there's also 10% off and free VRoom entry.

We will be staying DVC so don't need accommodation. Package holidays always work out expensive for me as it is just me and my DD and they charge adult prices for her, however I can get a child price when booking a fly drive. I booked flight and hotel separately this year for otherwise I would of being paying £1000 more due to paying two adult prices.
