We'll be at the Poly (thanks to that 40% PIN code) from August 13-19th

Sniff...you will be checking in on the day I check out.

We are another family that got the 40% off code and booked the Poly for Aug. 10 - 15.

This will be our first time back since June 2005 and our first August trip.

Here's hoping for a cool dry August in Orlando.

sorry about that. We both teach SAT classes, and they end the week before. From there, we waited until the midweek airfares go down.

Had I only known, of course, we would have paid extra so the trips would coincide.

I just booked a girls only trip yesterday thanks to a spur of the moment call to Disney and finding out I had a 30% discount! We are cheapies, so my sister and I are staying at All Star Movies from 8/13 to 8/17. I haven't broken the news to my kids yet.... But sometimes mom needs a vacation as an adult and this will be my first one EVER away from my family! Kind of a bittersweet moment...

We're staying at ASMo August 5-12th. Last time I went was in 2003 with my mother and daughter. This time it will be the whole family - husband, DD(7), DD(4), DS(2) and my parents. Can't wait!!

We are flying mid-week too. I was originally planning to leave the week of the 11th (Tues or Wed) & return the following week.

But when I was checking airfares, Delta stunk it up with $280 RT with taxes from Hartford. So I convinced my dh to fly Jet Blue out of White Plains if I could find a cheap flight. They had the $99 each way on Tues/Wed Aug 12/13th & the same for the following week home.

But I kept clicking the back button & found $84 each way for the week before so I just switched weeks. And since there is no chance I can possibly get a code the airfare was a great deal since we are a family of 5. And even better, we will stay at my parents in lower Fairfield County & they are about 30 min from Westchester so my dad will take us there in the am so we won't have to pay for parking at the airport.

Just booked our August trip yesterday!!! I only called to get a price and to see if there were any pin numbers connected with my name and just got carried away!!!! We will be at the POFQ from the 19 to the 28th!! Taking my twin granddaughters with me! Cannot wait!!!!!

I just changed our reservations yesterday. We are now at POP instead of ASMo. The dates are the same.

We went from a preferred to a standard and saved $40. Yea, maybe not a lot to some, but that $40 can be put toward gas for the trip down!

I'm tentatively planning a trip from August 3rd to about August 17th, depends on finances but looking good so far! Probably staying at Pop Century as usual, we love it there!

We we be going on Aug. 24 for 3 nights to Vero Beach and then to Animal Kingdom Villas for 6 nights heading home on Sept. 2nd. We have never gone this time of year but it is getting to hard to keep taking ds out of school. (he will be in 7th grade). I always have a lime green Mickey head on my fanny pack. I hope other disboards people also display theirs!!!

After a recent change in plans, my Dd10 and myself will be at POP Aug. 14-21 and are super excited!

I have a trip planned for me and my 2 older dds for Aug 18-22 at ASMO. But I am pretty sure now all 5 of us (dh and youngest dd) are now all going so we need to change the room to POR Riverside. The first trip is paid for so I guess I just have to change the ressies and then pay the balance for the larger ressie.

Technically, our trip starts in July, but since the majority of it falls in August I thought that I would post here!

We'll be there on our honeymoon from July 28th through August 19th. It is going to be our first trip to WDW (and probably the last for a long time, hence the length) and we're splitting our stay between the Royal Plaza in DTD, POFQ, AKL and Dolphin.

Can't wait!
